Small on purpose.

RG Lenses is two people in BSD City who have been building websites together since 2021. No account managers, no hand-offs, no “the team will get back to you.” The people you talk to are the people doing the work.

We stay small because it keeps the work honest. Every project gets a designer who cares where each pixel sits and an engineer who cares what happens when a thousand people load the page at once. And when we’re not behind a keyboard, we’re behind a camera — shooting sports and events around Jakarta.

Builds the engine. The code that makes things load fast, scale gracefully, and not break at 2 a.m.

Rasis handles the engineering side of RG Lenses — architecture, performance, and the long tail of details that decide whether a site still feels good two years after launch. He has spent 7+ years building for the web, most of it in the Next.js and TypeScript ecosystem.

He built and maintains the in-house CMS behind quintpro.co.id — listings, agent accounts, and permissions — and treats every client project with the same question: will this still be easy to run without us in the room?

On weekends he trades the keyboard for a camera, shooting sports — courtside, trackside, sometimes a little out of breath.

Ghea Flasentika

Designer & Creative

8+ years in design

Shapes the way things feel. The spacing, the colors, the small moments — the parts you notice only when they’re missing.

Ghea leads design at RG Lenses — brand, interface, and art direction. She has spent 8+ years deciding where things go and, just as often, what to leave out.

Her work starts before the first screen: what a business wants to say, who it’s talking to, and how it should sound. The visuals follow from there — which is why the sites she designs tend to age well instead of chasing a trend.

She also creates content — the photography, words, and social presence that keep a brand feeling alive after the site ships.

02How we work

Four steps,
no mystery.

The same rhythm on every project, whether it’s a first launch or a careful redesign.

  1. 01

    Listen

Before anything is designed, we ask what your business actually needs a website to do. Sometimes the honest answer changes the whole brief.

  2. 02

    Shape

Ghea shapes the direction — structure, tone, and how it should feel. You see real pages early, not moodboards that never survive contact with content.

  3. 03

    Build

Rasis engineers it — fast on mobile, accessible, easy to edit. The same stack we use for our own projects, nothing exotic to maintain.

  4. 04

    Look after

Launch is the start, not the finish. We stay reachable for the small fixes and the next ideas — usually within a day.

Sounds like a fit?

A few sentences about your project are enough. We reply within a day.
